November Reflections, Updates & Finding Harmony
Hello, dear friends and community!
After a recontracting, reflective holiday in September, sorting through things in October, I dived back into life in November with a 6km swim. This was a first for me, on many levels. I thought I would send a quick message before the year winds down. It feels great to return to new routines, reconnect with all of you, and embrace each small shift that brings us closer to harmony.
I’m thrilled to share some professional milestones: my Master Coach credentialing through Comensa, completing Module 5 of Life Alignment, and awaiting my Supervision Certification. All these experiences deepen the work I love, and your support through each step means so much.
Our Thursday evening meditations have created a beautiful space of deep connection, helping each of us to foster inner harmony as we support one another. I’ve found so much grounding in the reflections shared on Navigating from the Heart – if you’re not yet part of the group, please reach out! We’d be so happy to welcome you.
Thanks to even more support, my Pilates classes in Langebaan are thriving. Great to see some swimmers there, too! Together, we’re reminded how small, mindful shifts help align our body, mind, emotions and soul. Whether it’s Coaching, Supervision, Life Alignment, TRE, Pilates, or simply stepping into the “sea”, each moment of harmony brings us closer to the clarity we all seek. The value is in knowing ourselves through loving thoughts and without judgement.
Inner harmony is like a quiet anchor in the turbulence, grounding us in balance and ease. It fosters resilience and supports well-being, allowing us to navigate life with a deeper sense of peace and purpose. What does inner harmony bring you???
You can find more on Self and More if you’d like to explore this for yourself or book some time to chat to me.
Thank you to each of you for being part of this 13-year journey.
Here’s to finding balance together, one small shift at a time.
With gratitude and love to you all,
Marléne
