Laughter is one of the most important aspects of our lives. It is one of the ways that we connect with others, and it is essential to our physical and emotional health.
Unfortunately, many of us have forgotten the importance of laughter. We are so busy with our work and our responsibilities that we don’t take the time to enjoy ourselves. We don’t take the time to laugh and to love.
The consequences of not including love and laughter in our lives can be serious. We can become depressed and isolated. We can become angry and resentful. We can even become ill.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.
We can all find ways to bring more love and laughter into our lives. We can take time for ourselves, to enjoy the company of friends and family, and to laugh at the absurdities of life..
We can also find ways to make our work more enjoyable. We can find ways to connect with others at work, and we can find ways to laugh at the challenges of our jobs.
Most importantly, we need to remember that love and laughter are essential to our health and well-being. They are essential to who we are as human beings. So let’s not forget to laugh and to love. Let’s make sure that we include these things in our lives, every day.

Movement is a key component to a healthy body and mind.
Our bodies were designed to move and when we do, we feel better mentally and physically. Movement helps us to build strength, flexibility, agility and balance.
One way to move your body in a way that feels natural and in rhythm with your body is to incorporate Pilates, Callanetics, Stretch and Tone and Body Sensing. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving flexibility. Callanetics is a low-impact exercise that focuses on toning and lengthening the muscles. Stretch and Tone is a form of exercise that combines stretching and strength training. Body Sensing is a form of yoga that focuses on sensing and feeling the body in order to move with more awareness.
When you move your body in a way that feels natural, you are more likely to stick with it. These forms of movement are all easy to follow and can be done at home if you wish or in person in groups with little to no equipment. Move your body in a way that feels good for you and you will be on your way to a healthier body and mind.
We add the fun back into the movement.

Talking from the Heart is my personal blog and – three to four times a month – I write about things that are important to me, and to my world, and hopefully to your world as well. Here are two of my most recent entries.

As someone with Chiron in the 4th House in the sign of Pisces, in my astrological chart, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on what it means to be a wounded healer as I have chosen the profession of helping others and teaching them to navigate their lives through the wounds and healing as we go along, finding understand and forgiveness has always been key.
